Cathleen Soler, Chief Executive Officer
Cathleen is the CEO and founder of Avenity. She has over 15 years of consulting and project management experience for large system development efforts. She is an expert in the management of large-scale full lifecycle custom IT system development projects, with particular expertise in integrated tax processing systems for state and local governments. Cathleen provides project oversight and strategic planning for our clients’ mission critical projects. In addition to the general management of Avenity, she is also responsible for Avenity’s products.
Nick Agrios, President
Nick is the President and a co-founder of Avenity. He has over 20 years of experience in IT system consulting, architecture design, and project management. Nick is an expert at system infrastructure and technical architectures. He has designed and implemented over twenty systems for departments in the federal government and Fortune 500 companies. He has particular expertise in financial systems including credit card processing, loan originations, commodity trading, and customer service systems. In addition to his general management duties, Nick is also responsible for the successful execution of Avenity’s system development projects.
Charles Gilmour, Chief Technical Director
Charlie is the Chief Technical Director and a co-founder of Avenity. He has over 15 years of experience in system architecture, design, and development. Charlie is an expert in a variety of enterprise systems technologies in use today including J2EE and .Net systems, workflow systems and content management systems. He has expertise in three industries: Human Resource systems and financial systems for Fortune 500 companies and integrated tax systems for local governments. Charlie is responsible for the technical design and execution of Avenity’s custom system development projects.
Michael Hogue, Technical Director
Michael is a Technical Director and co-founder of Avenity. He has over 10 years of experience leading systems design and development projects. He is an expert in J2EE and .Net systems design and development, and an expert in imaging and workflow systems. Michael is the director for Avenity’s flagship tax processing product: RevenueOne®.
